This produces wines which develop simple fruity aromas and become very complex and full depending on processing and cellar technology. Slight expansion in steel up to years in new barrique and tonneau, the range is huge. The selection is huge, from simple Valpolicella, Dolcetto over Negroamaro, to Nebbiolo, Primitivo, Sangiovese and also Cabernet Sauvignon or rare Tintilia, Ruche or Pugnitello.
