You have the option to pay in our online shop using the following payment methods:

Shipping & Costs
The following shipping costs apply to consumers, the customer is an entrepreneur, shipping costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis.
Currently, orders can only be accepted through the shop for customers with delivery address within the countries listed below.
We are also happy to deliver to countries other than the countries listed below, please contact us for the details via telephone/mail.
Shipping costs Germany
Per order and delivery
- Up to 12 Bottles/ Maximum 25kg, will be a shipping lump sum of €6.90 including VAT
- Up To 18 Bottles/ Maximum 25kg, will be a shipping lump sum of €9.90 including VAT
- Up to 30 bottles/ Maximum 50kg, will be a shipping lump sum of €16.80 including VAT
- Up to 36 bottles/ Maximum 50kg, will be a shipping lump sum of €19.80 including VAT
Calculated. From a merchandise value of €120,00 including VAT per order, shipping is free of charge!
The standard delivery time is 2 working days, if nothing else is stated in the article.
Calculation shipping costs
You will see the amount of shipping costs to be paid after you have selected your country of delivery in the order overview. By default, the shipping costs for shipping within Germany are displayed before entering a different receiving country.

- Up to 24 bottles/ Maximum 50kg, will be a shipping lump sum of €38.00 including VAT
- Up to 36 bottles/ Maximum 75kg, will be a shipping lump sum of €58.00 including VAT
- Up to 48 bottles/ Maximum 75kg, will be a shipping lump sum of €77.00 including VAT
Calculated. The standard delivery time is 6 working days, if nothing else is stated in the article.
Proper reporting and payment of any alcohol tax Or other levies It is up to the customer In accordance with the respective regulations in the recipient country.
An order of more than 48 bottles can be arranged on request to deliver by forwarding company.
Shipping costs Switzerland, Lichtenstein Countries not listed above
Due to the different settlement options, we ask our customers from Switzerland and Lichtenstein to contact us before ordering and to clarify the individual conditions.
Pick up
After agreement, a pickup can be arranged with us or one of our partners.
Minors
In order to comply with the protection of minors, there is no shipping to packaging or parcel stations, but we are happy to deliver to your desired address (job work, neighbors). We would like to point out that packages are subject to an age check on a case-by-case basis and are only handed out for proof, as a result, the buyer must ensure during delivery that only full-year-olds receive the delivery.
Damage
Shipping is usually done with Hermes insured in certified shipping box! If goods with obvious transport damage are still delivered, please complain immediately to the delivery company and contact us as soon as possible. In doing so, they help to assert our claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
For consumers, the failure to complain or contact does not have any consequences for statutory warranty rights.
