At 90ha the Azienda Vitivinicola estate Cantina Rizzi is one of the big ones in Barbaresco and at the same time the absolute proof that quality and size are no contradiction. Today the family business of son Enrico and daughter Jole, founded by Ernesto Dellapiana in 1974, is managed.

Enrico, with his education at the Turin and Alba Wine School, took care of the vineyards and the wine cellar, while Jole took care of the visitors and all business matters.

In addition to the grapes typical of Treiso, such as Dolcetto, Barbera and Nebbiolo, Chardonnay and Moscato are also cultivated. The wines produced, above all the Barbaresco, regularly occupy the front spots of the evaluation during tastings.

The wines of Rizzi are offered as an insider tip, which is a bad joke to look at the quantity produced, as well as the international awards.
