Vio Vino – Wine Import & Trade e.K. enters into contracts for supplies and services exclusively, with:
· Unrestricted businessable individuals who have reached the age of 18, and
· Legal entities residing or domiciled in Germany or a member state of the European Union.
By accepting the terms and conditions, the buyer confirms that he is of legal age (over 18 years old).
We would like to point out that deliveries are shipped on a case-by-case basis with an age check and are then only handed out to people over the age of 18, as a result, the buyer must ensure during delivery that only full-year-olds receive the delivery.
To the extent that non-adult persons initiate orders stating false facts and/or without the approval of their persons or persons entitled to a 25-year-old, Vio Vino – Wine Import & Trade e.K. hereby revokes these contracts As a matter of principle, preventive provisions in accordance with § 111 of the Civil Code.
