The La Querce estate is home to more than 40 hectares of land in the middle of the Chianti Colli Fiorentino and a typical Agrotourism of Tuscany. On 12 hectares are cultivated olives and on 8 hectares of wine, the vines were planted in 1999, 2003 and 2010 gradually with traditional Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino, as well as with Merlot. The winery has two cellars, the first for processing and fermentation, the second - an ancient vault - serves exclusively the storage and maturation of the bottled wines and as a tasting room. The 2.600 olive trees of Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino, Pendolino, Madonna dell'Impruneta and Americano, whose oil are stored outdoors in terracotta vases, are particularly noteworthy.
