/>Founded in 1975 by Luigi Baudana, the winery in Serralunga d'Alba is rather unknown, which is easy to explain about the history and size. The family Baudana looks back on a long winemaking tradition and Luigi managed the very clear 4.5ha according to traditional rules. He first produced his first barolo in 1996 and since then only 300 crates Barolo DOCG Cerretta and 300 crates Barolo DOCG Baudana have been produced annually.

Since Luigi and Fiorina Baudana have no descendants, they handed over their estate to Giuseppe Vajra - the oldest son of Aldo Vajra - who continues the tradition in the winery.
