100% Canaiolo
The BELROSSO is a 100% Canaiolo, the grape is typical in the classic Chianti wine responsible for the color and plays out its intense fruit.
La Querce has taken a bold and unusual path with a pure Canaiolo, the result has convinced us completely.
After the manual reading, the transport takes place in small boxes in the winery. The grapes are gently ground, followed by 12-day fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, while the juice is pumped several times to intensify the dyes over the marc.
This is followed by aging for 6 months in steel tanks, before the wine is filtered and bottled. The finished BELROSSO Canaiolo matures in the bottle for another 3 months before it goes on sale.
In the glass the Bellrosso impresses with deep ruby red and delicate violet tones
In the nose intense notes of ripe red berries and fruits
On the palate fresh ripe fruit, dry yet sweetish soft
Perfect as a solo wine or spicy Asian food and fruit dessert
