Botromagno - PIER DELLE VIGNE Murgia Rosso Anniversario IGP 2012

For the Pier Delle Vigne only carefully selected grapes from the best locations of Botromagno are used. 20 days contact with the shells, follows the fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine ripens for 24 months in uniquely used barriques of French oak (AIIier) and another 12 months in the bottle. Due to the long development, the tannins of the Aglianico grape are tempered and well integrated into the Cuvee. An elegant wine that shows what is possible in Apulia.
