Tagaro - SEICASELLE Negroamaro Valle della Itria IGT 2012

Negroamaro is a grape which is cultivated almost exclusively in Apulia and especially in the region Salento and produces strong aromatic wines.

For the "Sei Caselle" - six houses, a small locality in Locorotondo, grapes of up to 15 years old vines are used.

The maceration and fermentation takes place in vats of French oak, followed by an extension for 4-6 months in barrique of French oak.
