The 2010 is considered one of the classic years for Barolo, expressive with enormous storage potential. For the Barolo Briccobergera, the grapes are ground with the exclusion of oxygen, after 2 weeks of extraction the mash is pressed and the fermentation is completed without contact with the shell. The maturation begins with 2 months in large steel barrels followed by 24-30 months in wood. Before sale, the finalization is carried out for 6 months in the steel barrel and 6 months in the bottle.
