 Suavia has completely devoted itself to the local grapes, Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave, the vines that thrive perfectly on their 12ha land at 300m height.

For the "Le Rive", Suavia has chosen an unusual but very convincing extension for Soave and the Garganega grape.

The grapes are gently pressed after the harvest.

30% of the wine is fermented for 20 days in barrique and then aged for 15 months on its own yeast in 20% new and 80% used barrique.

The remaining 70% of the wine ferment in steel and also mature for 15 months on its own yeast in the steel tank.

The wines are brought together and mature for another 15 months in the steel tank, before they are filtered and bottled.

After an additional 12 months in the bottle, the Le Rive goes into the sale.
