The maceration is carried out in concentrated tanks for 28 days at 30 ° C, the hat being rinsed two or three times a day until the malolactic fermentation is complete.

Then the wine ripens for 24 months in large barrels of oak and another 12 months in the bottle, before the wine goes on sale.

320,000 bottles were produced, since in 2012 no Cru were produced.
