Luigi Baudana - Barolo SERRALUNGA D'ALBA DOCG 2012

The grapes for this fantastic Barolo come from the vineyards of the municipality of Serralunga d'Alba. The locations of Serralunga are said to come from them particularly strong and heavy Barolo, exactly this style of Barolo can be found at Luigi Baudana.

A strict selection of the grapes follows a fermentation, which is part in oak barrels and part in stainless steel. The Barolo Baudana then ripens for 36 months in barrels of Slovenian oak and French barrique.
