Drusian - DRU EL CRU Vino Spumante Extra Dry VS

A spumante in the original prosecco style, very fruity

From Italy - Veneto - Prosecco - Valdobbiadene - Drusian

 Glera, Bianchetta, Perera

Francesco Drusian has created a Cru traditional style of the Valdobbiadene-Conegliano, which is produced outside the strict regulations of Prosecco.

This sparkling Extra Dry is obtained as Cuvee from the grape varieties Glera, Bianchetta and Perera. With these grapes, he consciously renounced the possibility to expand his spumante according to the requirements of the prestigious DOCG seal.

The white basic wine is gently pressed and the expansion is followed by the Charmat process.
