Suavia - MASSIFITTI Trebbiano di Soave IGT 2018

 Suavia has completely devoted itself to the local grapes, Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave, the vines that thrive perfectly on their 12ha land at 300m height.

"Massifitti" - dense rock stands for the dense structure of the soil on which the Trebbiano vines stand directly at the winery.

The grapes for the Massifitti are gently pressed after the harvest and the alcoholic fermentation takes place temperature controlled for about 15 days.

There is no organic acid decomposition to preserve the fresh fruit and acid structure.

The wine matures for 15 months in steel tanks on the fine yeast and 12 months in the bottle, before the Massifitti goes on sale.
