Lambrusco distinguishes three basic types, the bright sabora, the dark, spicy grass parossa and the deep black salamino with strong tannins.
In addition, Lambrusco is offered in the following three variants: Secco (dry), Demi-Sec (half-dry) and Amabile (lovely, not to be confused with Dolce (sweet)).
This Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro was developed in the variant Secco and is thus an ideal companion to hearty and substantial food.
In the glass slightly foaming, deep ruby red with slight violet reflections
In the nose notes of ripe wild strawberries and raspberries as well as Rosenduft
Strong, firm fruit aromas in the mouth with very harmonious tannins
Perfect to smoked ham and rich dishes
Residual sugar: approx. 5g / l - Secco / dry
