 Bardolino are red wines from the region at Lake Garda and are developed as a cuvée of the local grapes. There are usually light, fruity wines with good acidity which is served in the region with the meals. The reputation of these exciting wines was similar to the Valpolicella damaged by a few mass producers.

The grapes are hand picked and strictly selected.

In the wine cellar the grapes are pressed and remain for only 4-5 days on the peels for color extraction.

The must is tapped and matured before filling for 6 months on the yeast in stainless steel tanks.

In the glass the Bardolino shows a medium deep ruby red

The nose is dominated by red fruits such as strawberry and cherry
