With the production of Barbaresco, Bruno Rocca has built a reputation with his exceptional wines. International awards, world-wide recognition are the reward of his work in the vines and the wine cellar.

The 35-40 year old vines for this Barbaresco are located in the Cruces Pajorè in Treiso and Fausoni in Neive.

The maceration takes place for 20-25 days in stainless steel, followed by an aging of 18 months in French oak barrels

Decanting for 1.5h

Drinking temperature: 17-18 ° C

The glass shows a deep ruby red with reflections of garnet red
