Creamy intense white wine from the heights of Apulia
From Italy - Apulia - Gravina - Botromagno
60% Greco Mascolino, 40% Malvasia
Under the name of Poggio al Bosco, Botromagno produces its best white wine with this Gravina, completely organic, but in a traditional style from Greco Mascolino and Malvasia. The grapes are gathered in small baskets on the heights up to 600m, unfortunately in limited quantities, only 3,000 to 3,500 bottles are produced every year. The Gravina is one of the oldest white wines of Italy. The vines used were cultivated around 600 BC. From Greece to Puglia, where they found ideal conditions. The fermentation takes place for 15 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, then the Gravina matures on the yeast (sur lie) for 4 months, pure steel construction.
Drinking temperature: 12-14 ° C
Specialties: organic with certificate
In the glass, the Gravina shows yellow-yellow with medium depth
In the nose it shows herbaceous intense with exotic notes
In the mouth it flatters creamy, almost oily, with a long finish with medium acidity
Perfect for powerful fish and grilled poultry
