Suavia - Soave Classico DOC 2020

Suavia has completely devoted itself to the local grapes, Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave, the vines that thrive perfectly on their 12ha land at 300m height.

The grapes for this Soave Classico are gently pressed after the harvest and the alcoholic fermentation takes place temperature-controlled for about 14 days.

The soft texture is achieved by storing the wine on the fine yeast for 5 months and partial organic acid degradation.
