CANTINA DI SOAVE/ ROCCA SVEVA/ PERLIT - Soave Veneto

The Cantina di Soave was already founded in the town of Soave in 1898 and expanded over the years through acquisitions and mergers. Today the 6,000 hectares of vineyards of the Cantina stretch over the entire region of Lake Garda, across the Valpolicella to far behind the hills of Soave in Valdobbiadene.

The antique cellar of Borgo Rocca Sveva - over 2.000sqm vaulted cellar - was extensively renovated around 2003 and is now the showpiece of the Cantina di Soave. Under the brand "Rocca Sveva" the best wines of the cooperative are marketed most of these wines also produced.

Not far from the old town wall of Soave, visitors are offered a large sales and tasting room after the guided tours through the historic wine cellar. In addition to the impressive building complex, the Cantina di Soave and, in particular, Rocca Sveva are linked to the region and tradition.
