VOLIERO – Brunello Toskana


When Andrea Cortonesi recalled his youth, his parental agriculture in 1986 and decided to buy the almost dilapidated farmhouse Uccelliera, he laid the foundation of his success story. This olive grove, however, had a lot of time, which he had to find beside his successful restaurant in Siena.

His dedication and passion for perfection is the basis for the comedical rise of his wines Uccelliera Brunello di Montalcino and Uccelliera Rosso di Montalcino.

The wines are so successful that even for their own restaurant hardly any wines were available and Andrea 2006 decided to start his second project 'Voliero'. Almost self-evident, this project is so successful today that Andrea decided to separate from his restaurant in Siena and dedicate his entire commitment to the projects Uccelliera and Voliero.

Brunello di Montalcino and Rosso di Montalcino by Andrea Cortonesi are wines that they can enjoy immediately and do not have to wait years.
