SPARKLING

WHITE WINE

The selection is huge, from simple Valpolicella, Dolcetto over Negroamaro, to Nebbiolo, Primitivo, Sangiovese and also Cabernet Sauvignon or rare Tintilia, Ruche or Pugnitello.
SWEET WINES
Dessert Wine / DOLCE. Dessert wines are among the most exciting wines. Wines with high sugar content, very intense aromas of ripe and overripe fruits, high acidity which is almost unnoticeable by the sugar. Wines where the fermentation process is stopped to obtain the residual sugar, wines obtained from frozen grapes. Wines for their production, the grapes are then dried and then pressed from these fast raisins the juice and the mash. The choice is huge, from the Recioto di Soave, Reciote di Valpolicella, Vin Santo, Vino Passito, Vendemmia Tardiva and Marsala, as well as the light Moscato d'Asti and Birbet.
